Description of Work: We had mice in the house. They came out the day I called and were on time. He carefully examined the entire house including basement and crawl spaces and exterior. Thankfully we did not have a large problem and the soultion of plugging a few holes was effective. They were sensitive to my concerns about my cats and agreed posion inside the house was not needed. Excellent service.

Description of Work: I had seen a rat in my yard. Inspector emailed me that night and was there the next day. Checked for nests and spoor. Guessed by the lack of either that the rat was just passing through but set some traps and checked them regularly. After 30 days, nothing was caught, but I didn't see any other activity either. He also did some bug spraying in the house and that went well.

Description of Work: THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND FOUND THE SOURCE OF THE PROBLEM (ANOTHER COMPANY WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE WHERE THE SQUIRRELS WERE ENTERING THE HOME). THEY STOPPED BY DAILY TO CHECK AND RESET THE TRAPS. WHEN ALL THE SQUIRRELS WERE REMOVED, THEY PATCHED THE HOLE. I WAS VERY PLEASED BY THE COMPANY’S PROFESSIONALISM AND QUALITY OF SERVICE.
