RODNEY SCHWARTZ

I have had a terrible experience with them! I believe they have stolen from me. They do not take care of my things when they are working. They have not even finished the job that they were supposed to do. I had to call the police because I believe they were harassing me. I was even nice to them- took them out to eat and gave them work, but this whole experience with them has been terrible. I even let them use my chainsaw to cut some branches and trim trees. They took the chainsaw home and now refuse to return it. I have called them several times to return it, and they just keep saying they will return it but they never do. Now they are saying that they did not even take the chainsaw. Also I had a golf club worth over $500 in one of my rooms that was supposed to be painted. The crew moved it from that room, and now it is suddenly missing.

I QUESTIONED HIM ABOUT WHY IT WAS SO EXPENSIVE AND HE SAID THAT FOR THE PAINT FOR PAINTING THE SOFFIT, WITH 2 COATS, WAS $500. I WENT TO THE STORE TO CHECK THE PRICE OF THE PAINT AND COVERAGE AND WAS TOLD THE ACTUAL PRICE WAS ABOUT $129 NOT $500. HE WANTED TO PAINT THE FASCIA ON MY ROOF AND HE TOLD ME TO CALL THE ROOFING COMPANY TO HAVE THEM DELAY THEIR WORK. I LATER REALIZED THAT THE ROOFER WAS GOING TO PROVIDE A BRAND NEW FASCIA THAT WOULD NOT NEED TO BE PAINTED. THE ROOFER CAME RIGHT OUT AND STARTED THE WORK. RODNEY WAS TRYING TO SELL ME WORK THAT DID NOT NEED TO BE DONE. HE CRITICIZED SOME OF THE CONTRACTORS THAT I HAVE DEALT WITH AND HE ASKED HOW MUCH SOME OF THE OTHER CONTRACTORS QUOTED FOR WORK. HE STARTED GUESSING WHAT THE PRICES WERE AND HE GUESSED THE PRICE RIGHT ON THE NOSE. I FELT THAT HE TRICKED ME INTO TELLING THE PRICE WHICH I DID NOT LIKE.
