He pointed out what had caused the issue and some preventive measures to ensure that it would not happen again. I was impressed with his professionalism and concern about the job.

Very well. Grant was on time for every date scheduled. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would recommend fixing it. He and Shane were meticulous in their work and did a great job cleaning up. A follow-up visit was necessary to put final seal coat on. This was done in a timely manner, as soon as weather would allow. I would recommend and would call them back for any future chimney work
