 + -1 moreHe fixed the pressure by flipping a few switches on the breaker, like we had done, but for some reason when he did it, it worked. Said, "no charge." I forced him to take some gas money. Gave us the name of a well drill company in case there was something else that needed to be done later. Extremely satisfied. Very honest and reliable. Hard to find, these days.
Description of Work: Water pressure was low. He was on another job but said he'd be there in 2 to 3 hours. He was here in 2 hours.

 + -1 moreAs noted above, LakeCrest Plumbing was efficient and very professional to work with. We would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had installed a tankless water heater approximately two years ago and began to experience a problem with hot water being available on a regular basis. Unlike other plumbers that we had contacted LakeCrest Plumbing returned our call within a couple of hours and was able to come out to our house the next day. He identified the problem in a very short period of time and worked with the manufacturer to have the part replaced for us at no additional cost. He was extremely flexible about coming back to install the part once it was received and had the water heater up and running within an hour. We would highly recommend LakeCrest to anyone needing a hard working plumber.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our water softener. They couldnt fix the problem but directed us to someone who could. He spent over an hour and didnt charge us for his time. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I would definitely use them again.

 + 1 moreThe water heater at our rental property decided to stop working the day our new tenants moved in. My husband tried to figure out the problem but was unsuccessful. He noticed there was water under the tank, the insulation was wet, and it very rusty which was surprising because the unit was only 5-6 years old. We called Lakecrest Plumbing at 7:30 PM on Wednesday evening, expecting to hear back the next morning; however, Brett called back at 8:50 PM and arrived at 9:05 PM to make sure the unit was safe. The next day, Brett investigate the warranty on the unit and was able to get us a replacement. Our only cost was his labor. By Friday the unit was installed and the renters had hot water again. Brett Singleton is a true professional. His friendly manner and true concern for our safety speaks well of Lakecrest Plumbing. We definitely will keep Lakecrest Plumbing's phone number handy if we should ever have plumbing problems again ... at our personal home or rental property.
Description of Work: Lakecrest Plumbing came out to our property to diagnose our water heater problem at 9 PM. They researched the warranty of the unit and was able to get us a replacement. They installed the new unit very quickly and professionally (less than 48 hours from our call). They kept every thing clean.
