A closer look can reveal mold spots or "dirty" glass that is on the inside of the thermopane. In most cases, just the glass can be replaced for a fraction of the cost of new windows. We provide free estimates and our lead time is short. We aim to have your project complete in 2-3 weeks from approval. Our glass is custom ordered locally right here in Wisconsin. "I?m honestly blown away by the craftsmanship I experienced. As a trained professional, I would expect better attention to detail, but it was clear that wasn?t a priority here. While some issues were eventually addressed, new problems kept popping up after every visit. After three separate trips to my home following the initial installation, I?ve lost all faith that this company can get it right. Despite the owner?s efforts to work with me, the repeated poor workmanship and aggravation just aren?t worth it anymore. Unfortunately, it seems like I got the ?B squad? of installers and painters. Given the number of positive reviews this company has, I was truly shocked by my experience. At this point, I?ll be cutting my losses and using a different company in the future. I got almost all of the windows and front door replaced in my home. Door was good but every window/frame that was installed has issues."
