Our Lodi Branch # 844, employs a branch manager, loan processor and 3 loan officers. The branch manager and each loan officer are licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Financial Institutions. We operate regular office hours of 9-5 p.m., M-F, but realize some need a more flexible schedule and we are happy to to make those accomodations whenever necessary. "Hoger Appraisals were hired to provide an appraisal, the money was paid upfront at a higher premium with the understanding that the appraisal would be expedited. Everyday PAST the deadline an excuse was given as to why the appraisal was not done. Long story short, I never received an appraisal and have yet to be refunded the $450 paid. Once I advised Mr. Hoger that due to the constant delays & upcoming closing (literally 2 days away) the Appraisal was no longer of value; he only wanted to refund half of the money paid which was unacceptable. So needless to say, I never got any of money or an Appraisal. If you use this man don’t pay upfront!"
