Description of Work: Replaced parts on outside of chiminey. Gave me a quote & I agreed to the price, went and had the part made by his subcontractor. Part came in, wrong size so he had to have them remake it. Remake happened with much quicker turnaround time. Had a question after he left & left a message for him - responded within 15 minutes. Very helpful and nice to deal with!
