It went wonderful. It was not an easy job to tackle all the way around but Justin did a fabulous job. I am so happy with what he did!! I finally, after many years, feel safe to burn in our stove.

Tim from Ablaze came on time and proceeded to install a booster dryer vent fan. He instructed me to where it should be placed. My wife took our golden to the park so as not to bother him. In a short time he finished the job and cleaned up his work area. He was very professional and very good at what he does. After installation he checked the unit and the amount of forced air it handled. I would recommend him to a friend or family. He also does chimney, fireplaces. I plan on having him come back to service out gas fireplace. Total price included cost of booster fan.

Justin arrived on time. He used his electric equipment to check air velocity and pressure of the vent with the dryer, of course, on. He then cleaned the vent and rechecked his electric readings and told me of the difference. Before leaving he made out a Dryer Vent Evaluation form. This form is detailed with all the readings and whatever else he found or recommended. He is very knowledgeable and professional in what he does. I will use him again next year. And, recommend him. Fabulously! Provider did a GREAT job, found that some of the logs had fallen so repositioned them and the fireplace burns better than EVER!! We have him coming back to clean our chimneys!

Justin inspected the inside as well as on the roof and I felt he was very honest in his explanation of the services as well as what to expect for future cleaning and inspection of our fireplace based upon its current use. Justin is phenomenal. We have used him to install our chimney, wood stove, and clean our chimney. He is nice, respectful, honest, & professional. He did a thorough cleaning of our chimney. He disposed of all the creosote. He inspected everything and suggested we have it cleaned again in the spring. Would highly recommend him.

I feel safe to use the fireplace now. Justin did an exceptional job cleaning the fireplace. He also kept the house clean by putting down floor protection for him to walk on. I asked for information about upgrading to a gas fireplace. He provided that along with checking out the connections necessary. While he was checking the gas line in the basement he noticed an issue with my water heater. He went beyond the call of duty and fixed it but did suggest I contact a plumber to address some other issue. I would highly recommend Justin when I am ready for the new fireplace he will be the man I call. Also, Justin was responsive to all my emails.

Cleaned fireplaces after tenting the front of each one to control ash and soot. Cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they did. recommended additional repairs and provided details as to what the result of not making the repairs would be. Overall, did a good job and I would recommend them to others in the future.

We just bought our house and had Justin clean and inspect the chimney. He did a good job with the cleaning which may have never been done on the chimney befre. He inspected the chimney and gave me an honest review of the condition of the fireplace and ideas for repairs or replacement with a gas insert.

, Cost included: TWO FIREPLACES cleanings AND ONE DRYER VENT installation and purchase of necessary equipment0 ) Justin cleaned both fireplaces, cleaned the fp, its rate and glass, and fixed my dry vent, after he went to the local hardware store and purchased the necessary equipment. yes, sI did pay for the tools but had I done this, I would still be aimlessly wondering aisle to aisle searching for something I had no knowledge. .Jason continued to follow up with me for our appointment, upon our third attempt, he showed up early in hoes he would find me at home so we could walk through the house together, He told me that contrary to what I had been told, it should have been dismantled when the roof had been replace (Four months ago, I was told it needed to be at the cost of $1000). The second chimney needed a power ash and a water guide to further protect it from the elements He suggested it be done next spring and woe estimated at approximately $400 but to get addition quotes before committing. Jason was profession, courteous, punctual and easily accommodated his schedule to accommodate mine. Should ou be in need of an estimate, please include Ablaze and use my name. As the first chimney is solid, he did recommend I power wash the out side which is in excellent conditionally and sound. The pointing 0-structurally sound. THe other and usable chimmney and only needed a cleaning and a good sealer to keel the bricks solid and structurally sound YEAH Jason, you will keep my business (Plus I will add to the many exisiing he has many positive following as well!!

Came and gave a quote and estimated installation dates. Came a few days early per request, completed the installation in one day to perfection and cleaned up all of the installation messes.
