Description of Work: I contacted the company sometime around Wed. 8/10/11 to spray our house for spiders.We had used them a few years ago, so we figured we try them out again. I got an answering machine and left a detailed message and inquired how soon someone could come out. I also contacted another company we have used in the past, but they said the earliest they could come out was early next week and their price was higher. I didn't receive a call back until the next day, but was unable to answer my phone. I called back almost immediately and again got the answering machine, so left another message. Did not hear from them until the next day again, so was about to contact the other company. Finally received a call back and the lady proceeded to tell me "I'm not sure if you got my message about us coming out, but I just wanted to confirm that we will be there on Sunday and confirm the address." I told her I never received a message or call back after my immediate call back that same day they called. I told them it was fine for them to come out. She told me it would be well after 4:00pm before he would be here, and I said I was fine with that. He got here some time after 5:00pm. Never came to the door, just proceeded to roll his hose from the truck and began spraying. We have an elevated deck (our lot is sloped, so some is ground, but most is elevated), and I noticed that not much of the spray was on the house near the patio doors, so I wasn't too happy that the deck area didn't seem to get sprayed as well as the rest of the house. You could see the spray dripping quite well off the windows on other parts of the house. I wish he would have come on the deck to spray instead of spraying from the ground. Not sure if he sprayed under the deck. When he was finished, he packed up his equipment, slipped an invoice on our door and left. Took about 15-20 minutes to complete the job.
