"Very high pressure sales. For your own sake have cameras rolling during sales pitch. Don’t let them make you believe that the installation is done by Erie. Totally subcontracted. Talked us into choosing them even though they were 7k higher than other roofers with the promise of higher quality service that didn’t happen, job site was a mess had to inspect gutters they were not cleaned. They came back out cleaned said it was done got back up on ladder gutters still full and found damaged siding on back of chimney. After filling with BBB repairs and cleanup were done just not worth the higher price. Price started at $26 a square for metal and $15. For fiberglass after 4 hours of sales it came down to $21 metal and $10.5 a square foot fiberglass. I surely have buyers remorse hopefully this review helps someone in their decision. Also suggest reading this [*** Link removed ***] prior to reading all the A+ ratings on BBB Also make sure proper permits were pulled they did not pull one till after the install when I questioned it. "Very bad. They told me it was $200 an hour for coming on a Saturday (Emergency basis). They did not tell me about other charges. The invoice read as: labor: $232 When it was supposed to be $200; materiales $2:10 there was not materials used, truck charges $36 Truck charges??? Subtotal $270 Plus tax 13.51 total 283.61. I think it would be nice to tell me in advance of all those extra charges. Took me by surprise all the charges and it tooK the person 5 minutes to fix the issue."
