They left me feeling like I was an idiot and never returned a call when they said they would check into it. Make me feel like they are not trustworthy. Last time I buy there.

As always the service was excellent.

The sales staff is very professional at Sheboygan Chevy. There never is a lot of pressure put on you by anyone in the department. They helped me find the vehicle I was looking for at the price I was willing to pay.

My truck was involved in a collision and needed body work on the front end. They were very helpful at the dealership, from the time I brought my truck in for the estimate to scheduling the repairs around my schedule, to performing the work. The repair is flawless, you could never tell what is new and what is original. I'm quite happy.

They responded in a very professional and courteous manner. They did not have the part in stock, but had one moved from their Appleton location. They provided me with a ride home, and in the same afternoon, I was called that the car was repaired and ready to be picked up.

They did a great and quick job checking everything on my car to include lights and tire pressure. They found my license plate light to be out, so that was replaced. They ask before they do any replacement of parts, and you can always decline (I have in the past). They always offer to switch wiper blades also, but my husband usually does that so I never take advantage. It's is nice, because they have a record of my vehicle and tell me when I'm due for replacement of air filters and the like. Also, they warned me a few times ago about my tire tread getting low. They do offer service discounts if they recommend you get serviced at their dealership shop, so that's nice, we used it for my new tires last year and it helped us save some money, though I don't remember how much exactly. With your receipt from an oil change, they give you a code for a free quick car wash to be used within 30days of the date of service, a nice add on I think.
