SCHOEN'S WILDLIFE REMOVAL

Hired him, money up front, to rid my attic of mice. Didn't happen, and he wanted another $36 to "rake" the attic, destroying their nests, but wouldn't do anything to the mice! Another exterminator came and we didn't even have mice, they're squirrels!

Contacted him on a Friday and he gave me two options. For $100, he would set one trap for 3 days. For $225, he would set several traps for 5 days. Went with the higher priced, thinking I wanted to be sure to catch something. He was able to set the traps on the following Monday evening. Though he mentioned there was no guarantee he would catch anything, he thought based on what he saw he would catch several. He removed the traps Friday morning. Friday afternoon and Saturday I continued to see evidence that there was still a problem. When I called, he said he caught one. When I asked why he didn't leave the traps for 5 full days, he said he did - Monday through Friday. While technically the traps were there on 5 days, it seemed a little questionable that the 5 hours on Monday (7:00 pm to midnight) and 7 hours on Friday (midnight to 7:00 am) should count as full days. He offered to come back and try to smoke out any remaining groundhogs, but never did. Ended up buying a trap for $50 and solved the problem myself, which is what I should have done in the first place.
