Description of Work: The provider and I spoke about doing a big plumbing project at one of my property. It was confirmed back in mid November and he was suppose to start soon as it was an outside project and it needed to be done prior to the weather getting cold. After a few weeks, I tried contacting him and he said he was going to the property right away to work on it. About a week later nothing was done and I tried contacting him again and left a message. For about two weeks there after, I've called several times, no one picked up but I left several messages and there was no call back what so ever. It's around Christmas now and now I need to find a new plumber because the project still needs to be done. And now with the colder weather, it would cost me more to finish this project even with a different plumber. He didn't even call us back to say that he no longer can do the project, which I find very unprofessional. If you are needing your plumbing done in a time frame, he is not your guy. If you are looking for a reliable plumber, I suggest not to use Portside. I understand people get busy but to not return a call on a project that was confirmed you would do is not professional at all.

+ -1 moreHe came at 8:30 am. Promptly went to work job was finished within 5 hours, he completely cleaned up any debris on all three floors, checked that everything was working. Went over bill, we liked him so much we had him give us a quote on another job we will be having done in next few months.
Description of Work: Replaced waste pipe from second floor to basement.

+ -1 morePortside Plumbing and Heating came out on Christmas when our plumbing needed repair to make sure we had water for Christmas. Then he came back about a few months later to do a permanent fix. They had to fix what some other company had made mistakes on. They did a good job and cleaned up after themselves. Compared to the other company that were here, they were professional, punctual and very quick.
Description of Work: He did some plumbing repairs for us.

+ -1 moreThey did excellent all the way through. When they first got here they asked for any details I could give them. Once they knew what had to be done, they laid protection down on the floors where ever they needed them. They knew what they were doing. When they were done they explained what they had to do in terms that I could understand. Said they would be back if needed.
Description of Work: Removed unknown blockage in the line going from the house to the sewer. They were very prompt and professional. They cleaned up when they were finished with the work that needed to be done. They kept me informed of what they were doing at all times. I definitely would use them again. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
