+ -1 moreWe called in the morning and a serviceman arrived within the hour. He determined the water heater needed to be replaced and set things up so that the water remaining in the tank could drain completely. He returned in the afternoon with a new tank and had it installed in short order. Everything was clean and ship/shape when he left.
Description of Work: Our water heater was leaking and appeared to need replacement.

+ -1 moreThe plumber installed a gas line to our garage for an in wall heater and installed a water line for our refrigerator to put an ice maker in at a later date. He was friendly, courteous of my no shoes on the carpet rule, and was efficient. I will definitely use him again.

+ -1 morePlumer arrived on time as promised. Was very professional. He was careful not to make a mess. He finished the installation of the new sill c*** quickly checked the unit and it appeared to function as expected. After he departed I connected a timer to this sill c*** and it began to leak. I called the plumbing company and within minutes the plumber was back. He disassembled the unit and found a small piece of manufacturing debris in the seal which caused the leak when the timer was attached. He replaced the damaged parts and the new sill c*** worked fine. No leaks.
Description of Work: Sill c was leaking. Required replacement.

+ -1 morePerfect! New toilet is installed and didn't take additional time.
Description of Work: We had a toilet that had been running and the shut off valve needed to be replaced. We had purchased the toilet and they had installed it. The quote I had got was around what we were charged. The estimated time was an hour and a half. The plumber was here on time and very nice. He was here for exactly that time and even had to run and get a part. Best part is that they took the old toilet at no additional charge! That made my day!
