Description of Work: 4-5 days of work entailing knob and tube (and junction boxes and power panels), inspection and replacement of roughly twenty incandescent fixtures with new boxes and CFL, and damp location fixturess. Rewiring for cooktop, refrigerator, and dishwasher - and new wiring for 220V hydronic baseboards and difficult placement of a new wall thermostat. Installation of several new grounded outlets in workshop. |Excellent electrical work and outstanding teamwork with others (plumbing and carpentry) on-site.

+ -1 moreI highly recommend them. I had four companies come out and give me price quotes. Everybody else was around $3000-$4000. The representative from Lake Park who came out to give an estimate built the best rapport and answered the most questions. Even if they had been on the higher end I would have gone with them. I really liked their demeanor a lot better. Their price was on the lower end and they had the best overall service. I will definitely call them back.
Description of Work: I used Lake Park Electric two months ago. They just did a bunch of electrical work for me. I had the old knot and tube wiring in my attic and they completely removed that and replaced all the wiring in the attic and the second floor. All the outlets and ceiling fans got switched out.
