IRISH ROOFING

I drove to 1526 South 12th St. Sheboygan, WI 53081, for a roofing quote. The company name Irish Roofing was not listed on the premise. I talked to Irish Dynamic - a digital agency on the 2nd floor, and to a member of the Fale, Fale and Hemsing law Office (1st Floor) at that address. Both said that there was no roofing company located on premise. One of the Lawyers said that they get mail for the roofing company, but don't know where to forward the mail. THIS WOULD BE VERY DIFFICULT IF YOU WANTED TO SEND REGISTERED MAIL FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM. I called the number and he said Irish Roofing is run out of his van. He also said his family owns the building at 1526. I asked where his equipment was located and he said at another site, but did not provide that address. I am getting a quote from him, but I find this very suspect.

Crew ws on time, even a little early. Worked steadily during a cold day. Cleaned up the yard after they were done.Went very well.

I needed repair work done on the roof originally installed by Irish Roofing. They came to inspect but did not follow up on multiple phone calls or emails, not even to inform me that they did not want to correct the situation. I consider this unprofessional.

Supposedly they came by my house for measurements on my roof and would send me a quote. Never heard from them again. Very disappointing.

I would have use there services and tell others to get a bid from Irish Roofing

As stated previously, we were pleased overall. They could improve on their communication skills. You do have to keep calling them to find out when they scheduled your work. I can not think of any don'ts at this time.
