The work was done well and we have had no future issues with the window.

He was very nice, punctual and professional. He took the time to explain the product and how to use them properly. His installation was thorough and careful and the windows look great. He also cleaned up. We would definitely use Holbrook Custom Windows again.

Dan originally came to our house to give us an estimate for a sliding patio door. As we were talking, we decided to have him measure the upstairs windows and give us an estimate for those, too. The rooms upstairs were a good 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house because of the windows. The storm windows were rotted and did not seal. Due to weather, Dan installed our windows a little later than expected, but did call to let us know about the scheduling. He said he would call the day after Christmas to schedule installation and did just that. He arrived on time and did the installation quickly (by himself) and showed us the features on the new windows. He even came back the following day (a Saturday) to check and replace some insulation in one window that we were concerned about. He said would come back to check the remaining windows. The windows are wonderful and have made a huge difference in the temperature of the bedrooms. Dan is very professional, and we WILL be calling him again to replace the rest of our windows, and the patio door!! Highly recommend Dan!

Dan Holbrook was very informative when he introduced his product and the procedures for installing the windows, answering all our questions. He sells a very high end window (Sunrise Windows) and we are very pleased with them. Dan was professional with the installation, concerned with keeping the work area dust free and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would not hesitate to recommend Holbrook Custom Windows to anyone involving new construction or replacing old windows.

Dan was very thorough on the job. We had windows that were old, rotten and Dan took great care to ensure that the windows were well prepped before replacing them. He followed up and did a great job at making sure that this was a custom experience.

The whole project went excellently. He arrived at the time he said he would and was fully prepared for the job. He and his helper dismantled a very large bay window, cleaned up after themselves and kept me completely informed of what was going on. I couldn't have asked for a better job done. No mess no fuss. In fact, while he was working he had people stop by and asked him to see them for a quote on windows for their house. It doesn't get any better than that.

Dan was very professional, on time, and worked with me as far as the price is concerned. He cleaned up each time he finished an area. Dan called whenever an emergency came up to let me know he couldn't make it that day. He did an excellent job, especially since my house is a tri-level. I would recommend Holbrook Custom Windows to anyone that needs someone reputable and fair.

I replaced all the windows in the house with new Sunrise casement. Dan did the work himself. He showed up on time and cleaned up after himself. He came back to add a couple of little hardware items the manufacturer forgot. The price was very reasonable for the quality of window installed. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting excellent window intalled in their home.
