We provide best in class, fully customized cleaning services for your home or office at highly competitive rates. Our services are designed to accommodate all of your cleaning needs, and our team of well-trained cleaning experts consistently deliver high quality results, reliable service, and attention to detail. Additionally, we also offer pre-move or post-move cleanings and other custom cleanings by request. We offer two payment options, including monthly billing. Free estimates and references are available upon request. Over the last 24 years I've built this business with a focus on customer service, honesty, and trust - one satisfied customer at a time.

Services we offer

All rooms are vigorously cleaned to your specifications. Floors are vacuumed, swept, or wet-mopped, including baseboards. Kitchen sinks, fixtures, countertops, cupboards, backsplashes, and appliances are cleaned to a sparkling shine. Bathrooms are scrubbed, sterilized, and disinfected from top to bottom. Based on your preference, every surface in your home can be dusted, including shelves, ledges, picture frames, and collectibles. We will also change bed linens, and more upon request.

Services we don't offer

We generally do not wash walls. However, we will wash walls in bathrooms, and backsplashes in kitchens. We may also spot clean smaller sections of your wall at our discretion.

Wonderful! Bonnie charges $36.00 for two hours of cleaning. There is no better service or Cleaning Business Owner in Sheboygan, WI! Love her and she is wonderful to discuss any matters of concern, and she will make it happen immediately! GO BONNIE!!

Description of Work: They cleaned two bathrooms and the kitchen cupboards. While the kitchen cupboards were cleaned pretty well (just purchased this home; needed cleaning!), there were sticky areas left on the doors and not all cupboards were cleaned. I needed to purchase some supplies since they ran out while here. Bathroom floor boards were not cleaned and were noticeably dirty.

In response to the comments left about this cleaning. First, I normally go to the house and look at what needs to be done and let them know the approximate cost. I was told that I did NOT have to do that because the house was really very clean and there were only a few things that needed to be done. At this time I also gave her an approximate cost, which is very hard to do site unseen, which I will never do again, and she agreed to the amount. She was moving here from 45 minutes away and it seemed that it was difficult for her to have time to meet me, so I took her word for the condition of the areas that needed cleaning. Some of the areas were worse than she had described, as I was told by my cleaning crew. I went over the supplies with her that would be needed to do this job. She said she would have some available and I said I would send some along. So I feel this was lack of communication on both sides, but would have gladly brought more if I would have been notified that they ran out. I had told her, as I do any of my customers, if we miss something or something is not satisfactory, to please contact me on the DAY OF the cleaning, so I can come over and correct the problem. She did not contact me until a week later. Obviously, I couldn't correct it then because she said she did it before she started moving in. I did apologize for any mistakes, but did remind her that I was not given a chance to correct it! We strive for perfection, but have to allow room for error, as we all make mistakes on occasion.

Description of Work: We had a full house cleaning including baseboards, window sills, mopping, vacuuming, toilets, shower, sinks, etc. No windows though. We are generally a very neat and clean family but we could notice a difference after they were there. They did an excellent job on the entire house! They left us a note with any questions or concerns they had and we even had a follow up call the day after to make sure we were satisfied. We are now using them every other week!

We've been using Bonnie's Housekeeping for a few years now and have been very pleased. We've had the same housekeeper in that time and she hasn't missed one cleaning date. Bonnie herself came in initially and took a tour of our home and provided an estimate for services. She was very professional. Our personal housekeeper is pleasant, efficient and extremely trustworthy. I have no hesitation in having her clean my home while I am away. I have already referred Bonnie's Housekeeping to a few of my friends.
Description of Work: Cleaned the entire main level of our home and portions of our basement. Cleaned and disinfected all surfaces including sinks, tubs, toilets, microwave, refrigerator front. Washed and vacuumed floors. Dusted all shelves.
