I did not hire them because they were premium priced, but had excellent references for them. When they came for the big they were on time, and they provided a written estimate within a few days. We went back and forth a bit for the design and were able to make good, quick changes to the design, to our liking. We would like to hire them, we just can't afford them at this time.

The project was a breeze from start to finish. joe was prompt with calling us back right from the start and the great customer service continued throughout the project. Landmark was very good about keeping us in the loop as far as schedule and construction details were concerned. The crew was courteous and in clean and matching uniforms everyday. They worked unbelievably hard everyday, right through the summer heat. The level of work that they produced still amazes us. Landamrk was very concientous about where they stored the construction materials during the project, and were never really in the way of our daily lives. The crew cleaned up the site each night, which really helped keep the dust down. They even used a special "wet saw" that kept all dust from stone cutting to an absolute minimum. after the project was completed joe took the time to walk us through our new outdoor living space and teach us how to care for all of the new plants, and what to watch out for. We were so impressed with the quality of Landmark work that we have since hired them to take care of the lawn and gardens on our property, and they have never looked better. Landmark even provides us with our holiday decorations now!! truly a first class experience form start to finish.
