Technician came on time to the appointment. Did a great job, and made sure everything was working correctly. I would definitely call these guys again.

Great. They sent someone out immediately, he arrived quite early, got the work done and even replaced a burnt out lightbulb on the garage door motor's light, which was going above and beyond.

Called after hours Thursday night and received a call Friday morning at 7:30. He was here fixing it withing a half hour. The door was a little crooked to begin with and fixed that also. Total time start to finish about 30 min.

Our garage door froze to the concrete floor and ripped all the screws out when I hit the button to open it. I left a message on Saturday afternoon. On Monday morning at 7 am, he called back to come over that morning to reattach the door. He had over 20 service calls to follow up from over the weekend. Around 10 am, he called from the driveway and had it repaired in 10 minutes. It is much stronger than before. Well done.

The torsion spring broke on the garage door in our newly purchased home. I called the number on the garage door opener figuring that the installer would be the best choice to service the door. I left a message on a weekend which was returned prior to the start of the work week. The technician was at my house first thing Monday morning and the repairs were made promptly. Other than a bit of overspray and dripping from the WD-40 used to lube the door, the work was done well and the problem has been fixed.

Everything went very well. They were very prompt when they came out for the estimate. When their crew came out to install the doors they were well mannered and courteous. They made sure everything was to my satisfaction. There were no footprints left behind.
