THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PLUMBERS WERE FRIENDLY AND COURTEOUS..i WOULD CERTAINLY USE THEM AGAIN.

Failed to notice that the vent pipe to the water heater was horribly corroded and leaking CO into my home. Despite my mentioning the water heater, the worker insisted that the problem must be the broken dryer, which I had not used in quite a while. Then when he left told me to call the fire department again if the CO alarm sounded again. Left without hearing me or properly diagnosing the problem. When I complained to the office the worker said "We stand by our workers" meaning they would not consider my complaint. I ended up having to pay them for less than nothing. After the Aldag Honold guy left, I then climbed up on the roof ( 71 years old, female) and saw the eroded vent pipe. I called another provider who repaired it. That resolved the CO problem. While anybody can make a mistake. This one could have been fatal. Leaving my house without finding the real source of the CO and simply telling me to call the fire department again seems seriously irresponsible. And then the customer service was abominable. I should not have had to pay this bill. However, they have a policy of taking your charge card number BEFORE they come out. This makes me wonder how many other complaints or refusals to pay for inadequate service that they have had.
