+ -1 moreBoth installers (Brad & Junior) were top notch. They arrived ahead of time, worked hard all day and followed up the next day to finish some minor issues. I was reluctant to hire a small town HVAC company but glad that I did. They explained their installation, answered my questions, programmed the thermostat and cleaned up the site after their work. Friendly, fast, professional service.
Description of Work: Installed new gas furnace and electric air conditioner.

Description of Work: They came out in the middle of the night to look at our furnace in the middle of winter, when our furnace went out. The tech was extremely nice and very pleasant to work with especially in the dead of winter. He looked at the furnace and within approx. 15 minutes, he knew what was wrong, the heat exchanger was bad. and mentioned most of it was under warranty. He temporary fixed it and he was back the following day to repair it, after he had to go approx. 30 miles to get parts. We STRONGLY recommend Diedrick's Heating and Air Conditioning
