They were at the house exactly when they said that they would be there. They did an excellent job with their work. They are very professional and they do a good job cleaning up after themselves.

The installer was Scott and another man. They are excellant. Hard working, professional and did a wonderful job on the installation. I wish they would have given me a business card so that I could give them a direct review. Chad, one of the owners, is a decent person to do business with and responsive to questions. He is also resourceful and found solutions to some of the flooring problems. Mike, Chad's father and also owner, is not a good person to do business with. Example, I needed some help in moving appliances and furniture so that the floor could be installed. My contractor told Mike about my problem and Mike said "no problem we'll take care of it". However, I didn't trust Mike so I called him and discovered that they would charge us $30/item. Mike offered a solution but didn't bother to mention the expense I would incur. The product, Earthwerks Legacy collection plank vinyl is advertised as having a Tuff finish. The plank is a dark wood pattern with a beveled edge. We have felt on every item that touches the floor. We do not wear shoes in the house and yet we have scratches in the vinyl. Water spots (plain water) will leave a stain on the flooring. Much elbow grease is needed to remove the water spots even if I ripe them up as soon as they hit the floor. Very fussy flooring I would not suggest this product be used in a home.
