After contacting three local survey companies, I chose Riverside largely based on cost. In talking to the companies, I couldn't find a difference in service (e.g. staking, timeliness, documentation, etc.) to explain difference in cost. I was not disappointed. They did a very nice job surveying our lot and I'd recommend them for service. They placed wooden stakes, smaller flags, and painted the ground where the stakes were located. Some of our land is in the woods and they did a nice job placing intermediary points to help identify longer runs of land. I'd work with them again if I needed their services, but I think they did such a good job that I'll know where the stakes are located. I took pictures of the areas where they placed stakes and will store them indefinitely so I know where to look for the corners.
