+ -1 moreLooked for over 2 months before GI ding the right place. Pat took me to at least a dozen different locations and gave good advice on each. Whether it fit my needs and price range. Ended up with an excellent hunting 40 acres within 14 miles from home! Have added a small cabin and storage building since.
Description of Work: Looked at several different 40's for sale, made a coue offers. Got to see the property I bought the day it was listed, made an offer the next day and got the hunting property! Recommend PAt Esselman!

Description of Work: I worked with Pat Esselman of Realty Executives in Wausau to find some hunting land in Eastern Marathon County. Pat worked hard for about 3 months and showed me dozens of options. He really developed a good feel for what I was looking for and would always point out the positives and negatives of each property. He was available every time I wanted to see a listing and drove me hundreds of miles in the past few months. Excellent negotiator, he helped me make offers that were realistic and always promised to find "the right place" when bids didn't get accepted. Highly recommend!
