Description of Work: I think there are better lawn services out there, at least in my experience but nature scape was cheaper. They did what their add said they would do. My lawn looks better but not great and I used them for 2 years. I will likely pay more next year and go back to my old lawn service.

+ -1 moreWell...not so well. They offered their basic package along with aeration. We knew there were other problems but they said that their treatments would get everything we wanted. We are 3/4 thru the summer and while our lawn is better than it was in the beginning, we still have dead spots, thin spots, weeds and moss. We rarely knew when they were going to come and when they said they were going to be there, they weren't. I had oped to give them the benefit of the doubt as a new customer, and they needed to get aquainted with our lawn and what we want, but I just don't believe they are going to be a fit for us.
Description of Work: We orginally asked them to come in and take a look at our lawn. We wanted, and were willing to pay, whatever it took to get our lawn back into shape. We had some rough patches from last year's drought, grub damage, and general weed and negelect from previous owners. We wanted a lawn that was solid.

+ 0 moreHello all. I will come back and change my review if something changes. We have a party on June 8th, so I called them April 25th and asked them to come out and give me an estimate. They did and we agreed to the price. They said they would be out next week to apply a treatment. I waited each day to mow; They never showed. I called and something was up with their truck and and I didn't get on the schedule. They promised me they would be out on May 14th. And, second no show. Right now, I am in a pinch. I would rather that they don't promise to come so I can find someone else. Well, they did show at 6:30 at night to spray the lawn, about an hour after I wrote my first review. I guess since it was still Tuesday, they did what they said they would do.
