He ordered the rood and siding and had the items to do the job at my house before he started his first day of work. He showed up on time when he said he was going to start. He had hired a friend to help him with the roofing on my house cause it was a big house. The roof went on, and he used alot caulk to fill cracks and to seal areas. There are gaps at the edge of everypoint of the roof approx. 1-2 inches. Lots of scratchs threw the paint, enough where the paint was gone and the metal was shiny. The roof leaked around the vent pipe. The metal roof is uneven and hangs over by a inch on one side and then is flush on a diffrent side. On one part the metal roof tappers from flush to almost 3 inchs hang over. (Keith came back the following spring and put more caulk around the vent stack to stop the leak and put paint on some of the scratches. The soffit and facia is also not done so well, lots of gaps and fell apart and did not complete all the work under one part of the roof. Charged me addition 70 dollars to complete the soffit and facia work. The vinyl siding looks ok, but is not even at the bottom is some parts, J channel is in places where it should not be, and needs to drilled out for water drainage or removed before it causes water damage. He had his 12 year old son helping him with work on the siding, and the kid place a peace of metal against my window and it cut threw my screen on that window. I still have facia coming loose because it was never fastened in place. I have had him back 2- 3 times to fix his mistakes. He was very unhappy about me wanting him to come fix the issues and states that it was costing him money to drive from Wausau to Merrill to fix things or finish what he left undone. He also would never work on a weekend to get caught up when he fell behind.
