The workers came on time, were professional and explained what they did in a way I could understand.

We had gotten three quotes for this job and his estimate was a little lower than the others. He also gave us a better warranty than what the others were offering. He was highly helpful with helping us pick the right equipment. He was very knowledgeable on helping us choose the size of the unit and helped us make decisions concerning certain options. They came exactly when they promised. The job took exactly how long they estimated it would. There was a small problem, but they came right away and fixed it. They checked in with us afterwards to make sure everything was okay. They also helped us obtain a partial rebate from the State of Wisconsin for an Energy Conservation program.

First in November, they came out to fill the tank. We had about $100 credit from last year, and told them to just fill an additional $500 and use up the credit. They guy came out and filled the tank all the way. $895 bill. Then charges my credit card $600, instead of the $500. And the olny comment from the receptionist, was "well it's only another $295 and you have til the end of the month to pay." No big deal to her being at xmas time and all I we all have hundreds of dollars laying around these days. And they charges me interest! Then in March, they called and stated they stopped at the house to check out tank level, and they told us we were undr 30%. I got home and checked the tank, (did they think we wouldn't see if there were footprints??) and we were not under 30%. Today we have a different company coming out to bring us a new tank and service.

They were fast, efficient and dependable. They provided the best estimate and that's the main reason we went with them.

Their quickness of them arriving and getting to know what it was stood out about them. I would use them again in the future.

Right from the beginning the customer service was excellent, I can't imagine how it could have gone better. Lance, a sales rep from France was able to meet me right away and give me an estimate on the entire job. I have never purchased a heating and cooling system so I was a little nervous. After Lance went over a few of my options he answered all of my questions I made a choice. Normally I like to do a lot of research but Lance was able to answer all of my questions and quickly put me at ease. Installation of the entire system went just as smooth as my initial meeting. The installation crew arrived at my house right on time and Lance was there to double check with me the final decisions and reviewed them with the installation crew. They finished installing 10 minutes ahead of schedule and my place was cleaned up and left looking great. It's nice to know there are still family-owned businesses around who know how to treat their customers in both quality of service and price! There's no other place I will look regarding future help with any work that needs to be done around my house! Thank you France Sales and Service!
