+ -1 moreWe had several bids. They all wanted to replace the whole roof, but not do the flashing around the skylight (it was leaking very heavily in some rains even though we kept patching it). This roofer is customer oriented and not just profit oriented. He fixed what neededto be fixed for less than half the cost. No big sales pitch. He's a "just do it" kind of person. We have had a couple of heavy rains since and the new skylight not only looks great but is working great.
Description of Work: Previous unlicensed roofer subsequent to purchase amendment on house had shingled without ice guard and without flashing around skylight. The nails weren't even nailed down securely. We felt so ripped off! EEB repaired as necessary and also covered troughs around roof after sloping them correctly. EEB made some of the anger go away. EEB bid us a price but then if some things neededto be done as he went along and if they were minor, he did them, too. That's a professional!
