Our building services division offers janitorial building services, as well as residential home cleaning.

They cancelled my appointment 2 days before, I had made that appointment 2 weeks in advance. I had trouble rescheduling which went into my week of vacation and ruined most of the plans I had. My house was in disarray for a week waiting to get service. I still had to clean some spots after they left. Stair steps didn't dry for 2 days.

After street crew broke the service line, called K tech on a Saturday morning. They were here within an hour. (after a 40 mile drive) and worked to clean up the mess. Absolutely the most caring, competent company. Treated mmy home as if it was theirs.
