I submitted an inventory and a moving date request online and got an estimate within hours. Had to call the company to ask questions a few times as I prepared for the move; office staff was always very friendly and helpful. They arrived during the window of time they had promised and very quick and careful as they put protective material around my things and loaded them into the truck. At the townhouse, they did an equally quick and careful job moving things in. The two young men were extremely concerned about putting things exactly where I wanted them. A friend had said that movers don't put beds together for you, but either she was wrong or these people are unique. They set up my queen bed and I took a nap in it as soon as they left! My townhouse looks move-in ready, not like a place that was empty yesterday and has new stuff strewn all over it today. I was very very pleased. (Not a bump or scratch on anything either.)

Outstanding service. If you need a mover, CHOOSE THEM! Went to their website and called the number listed. Pleasant person directed me to fill out online inventory list, and they would send me the total price based on what I listed. I got a response the next day and called to book the move. I had to leave a voicemail but got a call back within an hour and an apology for not being at the phone when I called (Ha - when was the last time a business apologized!!! :)) As we started organizing things, I e-mailed to ask if I could add more items and was told I could add/subtract items even up until the day of the move, and my price would be adjusted. Again, I was floored with their flexibility! Moving day - two guys showed up on time, polite as could be, and moved everything so fast and efficiently. All items were protected with wrap or covers - they really knew what they were doing. On the other end of the move, they put everything exactly where I wanted and even adjusted them after I changed my mind. This was a fantastic experience - so much better than doing it myself (and I probably would have hurt myself and the furniture ten times over). It was worth every penny. This is a model business with pleasant, competent, efficient, and wonderful people on all fronts. No one could have done better. Thanks for taking some stress out of my life!

The job was done by employees of the company in a very dedicated manner and with extra efforts, despite of reduced crew vs. what was requested, and with somewhat limited tools. However, it was completed safely and on time.

It went great! I booked online, and they based their estimate on the information I provided. The day of the move, things didn't take as long as they expected, so the final cost was actually less than they had quoted. (When does THAT ever happen!) The guys were a little noisy, but cheerfully so, as they worked. At times, things seemed a little disorganized (e.g., they didn't ever seem to completely finish one room before moving on to another), but obviously there was method to their madness -- they worked hard and steadily, and everything was done in a single day. Nothing was damaged, lost or broken. They were very patient and made good suggestions as we tried to place furniture in slightly smaller rooms (even though we had tried to figure this out ahead of time, our original plans didn't work, so we had to do it on the fly). We were very happy with the experience.

They were on time to the minute and worked quickly. At the new home, one piece was too large to get into the room I wanted it in and they spent a good amount of time trying to make it work, including taking it apart and trying to get it into the room in smaller sections (couldn't make the corner unfortunately).

They arrived on time with approximately 6 men to move our larger items to our new home. They were all very professional with the exception of one middle aged man who was somewhat in charge and seemed to be bothered if I made any suggestions or comments. When I told them they were inches from hitting a light bulb in the front foyer, he ignored me at first and after I mentioned it again he told the others to take the bulb out because I was upset. One of the young gentlemen looked up at me to see if I was angry and I was shaking my head no. I told him that I wasn't upset....just didn't want to have them hit the light bulb. It was a little warm that day and the young gentlemen tried to explain that that was the reason for the attitude of the irritated man. Other than having to deal with that one man the move went great.

There were a couple of larger pieces in the estimate that the movers were unable to move due to the tight corners. They gladly took those off of the price for me. However, had I known these might be an issue, I would have perhaps disassembled them ahead of time. My husband & I ended up moving these in smaller pieces later. Though I am sure if I really needed help, Mr. Mover would have gladly worked something out with me.

We submitted an inventory online and received an estimate within 1/2 hr. Details were discussed on the phone with Nick, who was always courteous and helpful. We needed to be out of our house by noon on moving day and the movers arrived at 7:45 a.m. with 2 trucks and 6 men. They were all polite and efficient and had us moved out by 10:30. We went to our closing and met them at our condo at 11:45 a.m. They had us completely moved in by 1:30 p.m. It went unbelievably smoothly. They took care to wrap everything and provided the free use of wardrobes for our clothes. Nothing was broken or damaged and we have only the highest praise for the company and its employees.

Very quick response with the quotes. Easy to coordinate the two moves with Nick. Four guys showed up right on time the morning of the move. Very efficient move of both places. At the new house they were great with us even though we changed our minds a couple times where we wanted certain furniture. Very easy to work with and got the job done early!!! GREAT experience!!

Wow! How impressive!! I first contacted Nick on-line and submitted my initial list of items to be moved. He replied to the email within hours. Whenever I adjusted the list, throughout the two week period, he modified the price accordingly. He was very professional, friendly, and responsive. The price was amazing!! Big Nick and Tom (I think?) arrived at my home on time, and with the very large truck. They laid pads and blankets everywhere and began working immediately. Those two guys worked their tails off moving all of my many items into the truck, including the 68 boxes that had been in the basement! They wrapped all furniture pieces and used the utmost care with everything. Within 2 hours, we were on the road to the new home, just 1.2 miles away. They began unloading immediately, using the same care, and work ethic. Two hours later...they were done. Awesome!! Oh...and I received my Angie's List discount!

The three young men who helped me move in subzero temps without skipping a beat were terrific. I can sincerely recommend this company for any moving projects. They were efficient, polite and friendly. They even got a dresser out of a 2nd story window for me with no problem. And, not one spec of damage. They also placed things where I asked. AWESOME!

The move went perfectly and quickly. There was no damage to furniture, belongings, or the walls and woodwork on my old or new home. The work was completed for the estimated amount. Moving isn't anyone's idea of a lot of fun, but the friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of the five man moving crew made it all very tolerable!

They were very prompt and courteous. They gave me an estimate a head of time and the final bill ended up being less then what was estimated. The movers worked very quickly and they also checked with me to make sure everything was completed and moved that needed to be moved. This was a stress free move. I have never had experience like this with an outside contractor they were so polite and friendly.

Amazing doesn't even do justice to the entire process with Mr. Mover. I can't say enough good things about this moving company! It's rare these days to find a mover that provides you a quote for the move and that is the price you pay when the move is complete. Unlike so many out there, who won't leave until you pay them the new price, that they've suddenly come up with at the end of the move. Mr. Mover should be recognized for sticking to their quotes and providing excellent service. I will never use any other mover.

Great. The person I spoke to on the phone, I think his name is Nick; was friendly, helpful, and able to work with my schedule. Three guys showed up, moved the stuff, they were in and out both times in less than 20 minutes. It's a tough pill to swallow $200 for 40 minutes of work, but their rates were competitive. Everything was moved without damage to my home or the items moved.

We used the convenient on-line inventory form to get a cost quote, and Nick at Mr. Mover responded almost immediately by email with our quote. He was also very quick to answer phone calls and messages and was very helpful and accommodating when we had to change our moving date. The crew of young men that moved our furniture did a super job. Arriving promptly at our home, they made sure all the pieces were properly covered in padding and were extremely careful loading and unloading each piece. They were friendly, very polite, and professional. They moved some extremely heavy metal filing cabinets and storage cabinets up a narrow stairway and down a narrow hall, without one bit of damage to either the cabinets or the walls. They did an equally careful job with the rest of our pieces. They also made sure the floors were protected when necessary and covered our carpeted stairs with a drop cloth as well. They're patient, careful, and methodical. They did a beautiful job from start to finish

I was not present for the move. Movers did a good job of calling me several times during move, but left the garage door open at one home and left a box of items on the outside porch. I complained via email asking for a $50 refund and received it, which I thought was impressive (though I feel now I should have asked for $100, as my piano sustained damage, too).

Let me start off by saying that I dislike moving and, even more, dislike moving companies. Maybe it is because they were the folks who tore me away from my friends as a kid, or maybe it is because I once received a bill for more than twice an estimate after adding trip charges, gas surcharges, and the like. So, when it came time to move again I made the mistake of slowly moving, car load after load. Surprisingly, when it came time to move furniture, my friends were nowhere to be found. Mr. Mover was my answer. They charged by item, rather than by time or distance. They were efficient and friendly and their bill was reasonable and, most important, the exact amount they quoted me. They even took apart and offered to re-assemble a foosball table in my basement. My only mistake is that I didn't hire them to move all my stuff. I would highly recommend this company, especially if you have felt taken advantage of by movers in the past!

Quotes for 2 moving men seemed unreasonable to us for this small job that would take less than 20 minutes, until we called Mr. Mover! Nick was very helpful, and the job got done for a reasonable cost (even bags of frozen food got transferred down). We would use this moving service in the future if needs arose.

Mr. Mover was great. Everyone was extremely professional and fun to work with. We had to add an additional stop the morning of our move and Craig didn't hesitate to accommodate our need. The company is extremely punctual and the guys are quick. There was no damage to any of our furniture or to our new home. I will definitely use them again.

Mr. Mover has an online estimating capability, which is much more convenient than having someone come out to the house. Their quote was $150 - $400 less than the other estimates I received. On the moving day the movers arrived on time, really hustled, were very careful, and were very polite.

Excellent job. They took very good care of all our items. Came when they said they would, cleaned up after themselves, etc. Would definitely use them again.

They did an excellent job. Very efficient and careful. Since you pay by the piece, you know what the cost will be ahead of time. They had six movers, so the move went very quickly. They do a very good job of wrapping and padding furniture to avoid damage. I would definitely use them again.

I thought they were fine and very good. They tried to be very careful with our things.
