It was better than I could have ever imagined. Everything arrived safely and on time. They placed the furniture exactly where I specifed, and I would highly recommend them.

The young gentlemen who performed the move were quick, efficient and helpful, and extremely nice. They had all of my son's items on the truck and ready within an hour. They ensured my son was happy with the work before leaving as well. I would highly recommend them.

The workers were polite, professional, and worked diligently. They took care to prevent damage to our furniture and hardwood floors.

On the whole, Mr. Movers got the job we requested of them done without going too much over the previously quoted amount; however, the job done was not exemplary. When my husband called to get a quote from the company, the amount quoted failed to include information that he did provide to the company representative, which ultimately increased the overall cost of the move. Thankfully, the company provided discount for being referred by Angie's List, which ate up most of the overage. The movers arrived on time the day of the move and once they were onsite, they moved quickly. Two gentlemen showed up to move us. The older man was professional and efficient, while his counterpart was fast, but not particularly professional. On several occasions, the younger man asked my husband or I to help with moving objects, hold things for him, help with putting things together, or would not consistently place items where we requested them to go. The younger man openly complained about the heft of the boxes, the difficulty of the move, and the mistakes in the quote. We made it clear that we were willing to pay a difference in price above the quote since we should have noticed the mistake before they arrived and added a few items into the mix, but we didn't feel that we needed to be complained at or made to feel bad because the company representative did not record that the second location did not have an elevator. Overall, they moved very fast and were finished in just a few hours, including the drive time. Without the complaining, the rating would have been higher all around.

They are professional and got the job done at a good price. They were also very careful with our belongings. I would use them again if we were to move to another home.

They were pretty good. They were flexible and very professional. They were also very prompt.

It was great, so that is really all the information I can give you, it was several months ago. Because they had the best rating on Angie's list.

Had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Really like that we were given a guaranteed estimate. ( all other movers that we looked into would only give an hourly rate and no guarantee on the number of hours the move would take). Our total number of boxes came in less than our estimate and they reduced our final bill. Nick was very helpful and got back to me promptly with answers to my questions more than once. The movers arrived on time and were very careful with all of our items. They were also very courteous. The movers worked for over four hours straight in the wind and rain and never complained or took a break.

I contracted with Nick and his firm to move my mother in law to her new location. They did an excellent job from the initial bid to packing and actual move. I was impressed by how accurate the bid was and it was all done over the phone which told me these folks know their business.The actual move and packing was excellent and Steve and Zack were excellent to work with.I would highly recommend Mr. Mover .

Very impressed with professionalism.

It was great! I had bought a sofa and chair on clearance and did not have a vehicle to transport them back home in. I called Mr. Mover and they were able to fit me in their very busy schedule the next day. They were quick, on-time with the delivery, professional and just overall a very stress-free experience. I am sure they can't fit things in all the time at the last minute, and so i am very grateful it was workable this time.

I was very pleased with the job Steve and Zach did moving my furniture and boxes. Very prompt service. Nick was very accommodating over the phone. The men worked very hard and and efficient always keeping a good attitude. They were very careful not to scrape walls or cause any damage to anything. I would recommend this company highly. I would give them an absolute A+ rating for everything. Nick was wonderful to work with. He tweaked the quote to accommodate in our budget (freely allowed us to pick whatever we wanted to move ourselves). He almost bent over backwards to get our business. He sent a large team (5 in all) so that the work can be completed in the timely fashion (we started early afternoon due to closing the same day). They arrived at time. All the team members were extremely courteous. At the move when we realized that we have more than double the boxes than we expected (100 insted of 50). Team leader Zak quickly assessed the additional stuff, coordinated with the home office and modified the quote very reasonably. They did not create any fuss what so ever about big vs small box or 8 vs 9 chairs or 5 vs 7 toys (just to give an example). They even helped us move some stuff in the new house (which they werent required to move) without any questions. They relocated some of our stuff from one room to other without much hassle. This was a gr8 help in a move, where you are already stressed about so many things. I would recommend them without reservations!!!

Setting up the appointment was a breeze! I especially appreciated the fact that the first person I spoke with could schedule a date and provide me with the actual cost of the job. On the appointed day, the two young men who came were prompt and professional and did everything efficiently and carefully. I am very satisfied with this company!

Moving is stressful but they made it as easy as possible. The team even let me move furniture around after we got into the house and were very patient and did a great job!

Would not recommend. Movers arrived 1 1/2 hours early to the move which put some unexpected pressure on the situtation as I had been given a strict move-in time frame from the apartment building into which I was moving. Movers were James and Jason with James appearing to take the lead. During the first 1/2 of the move, which involved loading up the truck, the guys were very courteous and careful. All of the items were covered appropriately. In order to move my large leather couch, the bottom legs needed to be removed. All items made it safely to the moving truck with the exception of the leather couch which was scratched moving it out of the door. No mention was made of the scratch, but a large mark was made on the door where the couch made contact. The 2nd half of the move, unloading the items into the apartment, was the disappointing and frustrating part. James seemed to be in a big hurry to complete the move and my furniture suffered. Items, that took two of them to move during the 1st half, were now being moved by only one of them. Pieces came up from the maintenance elevator infrequently and haphazardly. My coffee table was scratched in several spots. My wooden entertainment center was also scratched. The general rush of the 2nd half of the move made me extremely uncomfortable as did the fact that items were being moved by only one of the guys. My bed needed to be disassembled and reassembled as part of the process. I found that the reassembling was done very hastily as was the reattachment of the sofa legs. In fact, I had to ask James to reattach the sofa leg because he had screwed it back in while missing the fabric cut-out intended for the leg. I probably should have called the owner and let him know the results of the move. Again, I was most disappointed in the rush job that the mover completed during the 2nd half of the move, the damage to some of my items, and the way-too-early arrival time. I even generously tipped both the movers before the move even began. Overall, I was not impressed with Mr. Mover and would not recommend using this service again.

This is the fourth time I have used Mr. Mover. Twice to move us from one location to another in the Milwuakee area. Once to unload my rental truck after I moved my mother to Wisconsin from Texas. And this most recent time to load my mother's belongings into my rental truck before I drove her stuff back to Texas. I am always completely satisfied with every aspect of the experience. They are very reasonably priced. Also courteous and efficient with phone calls and emails while arranging the move. The men who actually do the moving/loading/unloading are prompt, friendly, and professional. Do not hesitate to use Mr. Mover for your moving needs in the Milwaukee area!

Overall the job was well done. Mr. Mover unfortunately forgot to bring the warddrobe boxes as originally requested. However the quick thinking and response of his team found another solution for the situation which fixed the problem. The employees are very attentive, fast working while maintaining safety for the items being mvoed as well as the walls, banisters, floors etc... of the homes in which they items are being moved in. Great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone! The flat rate quoting system makes it far easier, less expensive than competitors.

Everything was out of the house and put into storage as promised. I feel that their service was exceptional.

Nick was very pleasant to work with, and went out of his way to accomodate my needs. He even offered to bill me by the hour, rather than their usual "by the piece", which saved me quite a bit of stress. The crew showed up precisely on time. They got right to work and were very friendly, polite and professional (they always asked permission before using my restroom or kitchen sink). The three movers worked without a break and got me completely moved in 7 hours, one hour less than what was quoted, which saved me about $100.00! They disassembled and reassembled my queen size bed and large computer desk, and took care that all my other furniture and belongings were well padded and protected prior to loading them on the truck. Hiring Mr. Mover was worth every penny spent.

The move itself went fine overall. However, I had a unique experience (that I never ever want to have again) of having to move twice within a month. I used different movers so have the opportunity to compare experiences. Mr. Mover prices "per item" while the other mover I used prices by the hour. I found Mr. Mover's price to be higher than the per-hour mover even though the actual hours spent and relative volume of stuff moved was the same. The second move involved a long staircase to a 2nd floor apartment which conceivably added time since every item had to be moved upstairs, yet that move still cost less by about $200. Also, the Mr. Mover crew were very chatty and casual with each other while the other team appeared more focused. All that being said, the move got done and I thanked God several times throughout that day (and the subsequent move day) that there are services like this available to be purchased, no matter what they cost!

This company did an unbelievably good job. They were punctual, polite, and fast. They sent three guys for the price of two, and the movers were obviously professionals, not some just some guys the company picked up off the street. The item I needed moved was a very difficult piece of furniture - large, heavy, and awkward - it even had some nails sticking out one the side of it which we couldn't do anything about, but they managed to work around the nails. What's worse, it was fragile and expensive. But they managed to move it with no trouble whatsoever and I had complete confidence in them as I watched them do it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone, for any type of move. I should mention that I called some piano movers before I called Mr. Mover, and the piano movers wanted $600 to do the job that Mr. Mover managed to do for under $160. I am very happy with their work.

We were very pleased. The only thing was the cost. It was probably not any better than another company, but was a little more than planned. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
