Called and left a message on 3/18/19. Received a call back from the office on 3/19/19. Gave the woman from the office all the detail. She told me Kevin would call back to set-up a time to meet. Today is 3/24/19 and Kevin never did call back. It seems pretty sad that you are looking to get a service performed and the contractor does not even have the professionalism to call you back. Needless to say I would not recommend this business in any way shape or form.

Excellent, prompt and courteous service. He was able to troubleshoot the problems, showed me the problems, and cleaned up the debris in the water.

It went very well. They tried to fix it first, decided they couldn't, and came back to replace it the next day. I was very pleased with how everything turned out.

Very well. He finished in a short period of time and provided useful suggestion on how to prevent the problem in the future and what to watch out for.

I can't say enough about this company. The owner, Kevin, came over for FREE not long after I moved into my house on 12/01/16 to help me get acquainted with what's what in my utility room. He pointed me in the right direction as to which valve turned off the outside spigots (turning them off for the winter season). Very nice guy, and even just that was enough for me to become a loyal customer. Today was a further example of why I would gladly recommend them to anyone. The plumber, Frank, showed up exactly on time to the minute. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining things to me. He was done in less than 30 minutes, and even offered me a discount because it took so little time (I had forgotten to print the $20 off coupon, so it worked out perfectly). These guys are great and I would recommend them to anyone in the milwaukee area.

Job went very smoothly, they worked every day until the job was finished. They didn't leave us without essential functions and cleaned up after themselves well. The workmanship went the extra mile, everything was very solid, square and clean cut holes for the new plumbing. We felt we got a very good price for the amount of work that was done.

I know the guy the same guy that came out that did the facet last year where he actually he had to show me cause we were so please with himself figure out a way to replace something without like ripping out the wall and he was so proud of his work and he figured out to do this that he couldn't and it wasn't like he was oh I did this very thing for you he was just really proud of his work that he figure out how to fix this thing without it turning into a huge thing with cause he had to rip out the wall, it would have been awful for me so I was real pleased too, their very nice I have used them, they've put in the water heater for me here at this house and two years later it failed when it didn't fail but it was leaking into the basement and I know I remember calling them and saying it's leaking and then they said that's not possible. I like them it's a long distance for them to come out here and I have use them in Milwaukee and when I needed someone out here I call them and said you know I used you before but I am in Waukesha now and that's [22:57]to Waukesha and that's the tract and I said will you come and they said yes and I said do you charge like a trip charge extra because I'm so far away and they said no so as far as I know they don't and I like so until they tell it's too far I'll keep calling them.

Outstanding work all around. The owner was in constant contact and addressed all of our concerns. Workers were on time, did their job well and cleaned up after themselves. All debris was removed from site. THANK YOU Schoofs Plumbing

All work completed as scheduled. Had to coordinate work around two other contractors working on the basement foundation and electrical hookups.Did a very nice job on rerouting the piping to make it all look neat - many joints were required. Equipment and piping worked properly with no follow up work necessary.

We have had Schoofs Plumbing do all of our plumbing work for many years. This was the biggest job. Because we replaced the hardware with new components by a different manufacturer, the valves and drains had to be replaced to accommodate. Due to a problem with the vendor, there was a mix-up and resulting delay in the work being done, but Frank (the plumber) and Kevin (the owner) did the best they could to work through the problems, and we are very pleased with the quality of the final project. Several tiles were accidentally cracked during installation of the new grab bar, but the owner had the repair done promptly at no additional cost to us. Kevin and Frank are always a pleasure to work with - they display integrity and professionalism in everything they do.

Overall, we had a good experience working with Schoofs and would use them again. Their price and service were excellent. However, it was a bit trying initially, as the estimator was late and did not call to let us know. In addition, due to inclement weather and an accident involving one of the company's vehicles, it took a couple of months to schedule and complete the work. We weren't in a huge rush to have the work done, so not a big deal. We appreciate the care that the company took planning the work, including two visits to the house, pulling electrical and plumbing permits, and even meeting with the local building inspector. And, it's clear that they know what they're doing. So, we encourage others to give Schoofs a try.

They are very personable. The whole company is well-run. We've never really had a bad experience with them. They are very good with their pricing. I am planning on giving them a call to take care of our water heater.

They did real well. I would not call it a really special value but it was good work. It was fairly priced and everything. They give good work. They are responsive. They show up on time. They had some good ideas. It was a good experience.

No problems. Very efficient.

They came out to inspect the property based on what I needed done. They found problems I didn't even see right away i.e. pipe sloped the wrong way. I'm remodling a basement apartment. The old clay pipe was broken in many places and needed to tie into the city. I asked if I could lower the price by doing some sweat equity and they offered to do the project on a time and material basis. It worked really well because there was a lot of tree roots that took a long time to get out. I'm sure the cost of the project could have been doubled. The tie into the city went about 10' outside the house which is almost to the sidewalk. I was lucky that it wasn't cracked further than that. Once the trench was dug, the plumber was able to put in the new pipe extremely fast while being meticulous. He guided me through the inspection process and it went without any hiccups. I am going to hire them again to complete the plumbing when I am ready.

It went well. They were on time. Discussed the repairs and options as they went along. Recommended a good place for us to purchase fixtures and which would work best with our older bathrooms. The plumber who did the work was professional, thorough and cleaned up after himself. He had to open a wall in an adjoining room to access the shower. He patched the wall up so it looked like nothing was done. Very pleased.

I have used them many times on a rental property. I am currently using them for my personal house. So, I have probably used them about 10 times now. Their price is right in line with everybody else in the area. I had a few other companies come out before I used them on my rental property. So, they have been right in the same line as all the other companies. I have had them do different types of jobs. Their knowledge about what needs to be done and the quality of their work have both stood out to me.

Once the contractor agreed to the project, he was essentially a "no show". After a month or so from the date he was supposed to start, he stated that he lost his counter-top maker and would not be able to continue until he found a new one. Never heard from the guy again. The counter top was a pretty small part of the project and I found several sources for counter tops with a few phone calls.

Kevin came to our house numerous times to talk about the pros and cons of going to tankless because we had a hard time deciding. Once we decided it was only a few days before they were here to install it. Kevin and the plumber doing the majority of the work were both there to talk about the placement of the heater and overall process. Once the heater was in Kevin came by to tell us how to maintain it and he even filled out most of the Focus on Energy form for us.

Kevin and Paul from Schoofs worked on this project for 2 days. The new water, gas and venting were done very professionally and cleanup after was excellent. We had a problem with the Navien hardware a month later and Kevin was there the next day, found that the hardware was defective, ordered us a new one and installed it as soon as it came in.
