It was not so good. There were some things that I wanted them to do that they didn't do from the get-go. They had to change things in the project to do it the way I wanted them to do it. I thought they were overpriced. They weren't very professional. I actually asked to correct the roofing over the overhang because there was a leak. They did give me a 20-year warranty which was good. They did show up on time when they said they're going to show up. That's a good thing. They got it done in a timely manner. They took shortcuts when they shouldn't have. The roof now doesn't have a leak.

Mike Zimmerlee was absolutely fabulous to work with. My husband works in Madison during the week and my son was doing vision therapy in Brookfield while we live in Hartford. Mike met me in Brookfield to go over the contract, view sample shingles, and get things officially moving. He worked with the tenants to make them as comfortable as possible throughout the entire process and also worked with our management company to get access to the property. The roof on our rental is very steep and extremely close to the houses next to it. They were very profession in the precautions they took and the quality of work they did. In the middle of all this my father became sick with cancer and passed away a few months later. With all that was going on within our family, I never once had to worry about Mike or his crew. He was great at keeping in contact with me and was very prompt and responsive to my calls and questions. At the end of the project, he even met my husband on a Saturday for the final inspection since that's the only time he's in town from Madison. I can't say enough nice things about Zimmerless construction. I would highly recommend them! We were so please with their exterior work, we even hired his partner, Doug, to do some interior work and was equally thrilled. These guys are amazing! Great price, excellent customer service, and fabulous workmanship. What more can you ask for!?!?!

They were very friendly and did a great good clean-up. I would highly recommend them. We would use them again in the future.

The work they did was excellent. The work was done during the end of the winter. They made sure they worked on smaller sections at a time. It started to snow, so they came back when it stopped snowing very promptly. They came back and finished there work and cleaned up great. I had one problem with the roof after the job was completed, but they came back quickly to resolve the problem around my chimney.

I first had the contractor come to give me an estimate on some rotten boards & I was informed I had 4 roofs on. The flashing around the chimney still leaned some after a hard rain. The contractor corrected the problem & answered more questions without a problem. I was told, that if any other problems arise don't hesitate to call.
