He put a cement patio in for us. A year later it started chipping away. He stated that he would replace it. We have called him several times and left voicemails and still have not heard anything from him. I have been very patient and I would like for him to complete the project.

They inspected the chimney after another company inspected it and they figured out that it was $700 worth of repairs, not $10,000. The other company was over-quoting it trying to get the job and I think they give basic quote to everybody. I had two fireplaces and that's why it was $10,000 and they suggested that both of them were in poor condition. When I got the guy from Lakeside, he was an expert mason. He was recommended by the city building inspector and he said that he has not seen fireplaces in that good of a condition in years for that age. He recommended that the work did not need to be done. He gave me an estimate and it was on the sale of my house and the buyer chose not to do repairs. I did recommend him to do work for a friend and they were happy with his work. He had a great price and he had quality work. He quoted me for $750 for some tuckpointing. He said that there were some tuckpointing and a few things that needed to be repaired; there wasn't $10,000 worth of repairs. I had a fantastic interaction with them. He was very knowledgeable. He was on time. He knew exactly what he was doing. He came highly recommended. I had tenants on the property and he quoted my tenant to do a freestanding fireplace and a new construction. My tenant was actually in the home building business and he said it was a phenomenal price. He had very good pricing. I will have him do some work on my son's home. He is very good and very down-to-earth. He knows what he is doing and he does not overcharge anybody.

The price was good and the quality of work was good but he was not reliable. He would not show up when he said he was going to. I would not use him again.

The contractor didn't show up for the scheduled appointment to look at our house and provide us with a quote. He did call later in the day to re-schedule but unfortunately, I was unable to make the appointment the following day. The contractor called me a week later to se if I was still interested. I got a bad feeling when he didn't show up for the appointment. The fact that he called later to re-schedule and again a week later shows he's probably serious and competent. I could've handled it better on my end as well. If I could delete this report I would but Angie's has no option to delete reports.

They did an outstanding job for a very reasonable fee. They even did a few extra favors for me at no additional cost.

He showed up when he was supposed to. He was real pleasant and did a real nice job. He came back with a big truck of dirt and filled in a hole that was leaking into my basement. He was a very nice man.

Pretty good mortar color and texture match, brick replacement match. Excellent design suggestions (carrying soldier course across porch). Honest, caught chimney problems 1/2 of other bidders missed. Design suggestions. Promised to caulk between house and porch but forgot. Lost roofing job because of this. Discovered more brick and mortar pieces in flower gardens than expected. Fair value given, nice design sense. Clean up water; watch walking on plants.
