MY PREVIOUS EXPERIENCES WITH THIS COMPANY HAVE BEEN GREAT, BUT I WAS SURPRISED THAT MY INITIAL CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE WAS NOT RETURNED, & I HAD TO CALL AGAIN. THEY DID OFFER THE LOWEST QUOTE, BUT BY THE TIME I RECEIVED THE QUOTE, THE WORK WAS ALREADY DONE. I WILL CALL ON THEM AGAIN, BASED ON THE OVERALL HIGH LEVEL OF SERVICE I'VE RECEIVED FROM THEM IN THE PAST.

MIKE AND HIS WORK CREW PERFORMED TASKS QUICKLY AND NEATLY. THE TASK WAS MADE HARDER BECAUSE WE LIVE IN A HISTORIC HOME IN A HISTORIC NEIGHBORHOOD, AND SIDES OF WINDOW AREAS WERE CUT ON AN ANGLE RATHER THAN STRAIGHT. MIKE AND HIS CREW MANAGED TO WORK WITH THIS LIMITATION AND DO SO IN A CAREFUL AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
Description of Work: REMOVED BASEMENT WINDOWS AND INSTALLED GLASS BLOCK WINDOWS, THREE WITH AIR VENTS, ONE WITH A DRYER VENT, AND TWO WITHOUT VENTS.
