I was very happy with their service. I booked them several months in advance, as I knew that I wanted them to come right away in the Spring. They came when they said they would (8:00 a.m.), and they diligently worked through the inside of the house first, followed by the outside. They were polite, quiet, and did precisely the job I hired them to do with no issues whatsoever. I was very happy with the job they did and the price they quoted. There were no surprises. I look forward to working with them again next year! :)

Reached Brian on the phone on my first try, and was able to get an appointment in less than a week. He was very pleasant and professional. Price was very close to the original estimate provided over the phone.

I sent an email asking for an estimate. I got the estimate by phone within 24 hours of my email. We set up an appointment for 8:00 on a Friday. Wayne arrived exactly at 8:00. He explained how he would go about cleaning the inside first, then the outside. He was so quiet, I didn't even know he was in the house. When he had to move objects to get at the windows, he replaced them exactly where they belonged. He had a difficult time removing the storm on a picture window and I told him he didn't have to clean in between the window if it was too hard to remove but he kept at it until the storm was off and cleaned. The job was estimated to take 5 hours but Wayne was there for 7. I was completely satisified with his work and will not hesitate to use this company again.

I received a bid from Brian at Signature who came to the house, surveyed it, and made a detailed list, on which the bid was based and a couple of other window-cleaning companies at least two weeks before I proceeded. I connected with Brian on a Monday, an altered schedule enabled him to start on Tuesday, and he and a co-worker finished on Wednesday. Their work was suburb and my consort agreed, and she subjects everything to scrutiny before she gives a verdict. They were meticulous in removing obstacles and putting them back, they used pads to protect the floors where they were cleaning windows, and they were so quiet we forgot they were in the house. Brian is very friendly and easy to talk and work with, and I would recommend Signature to anyone who needs his or her windows cleaned.

They did a phenomenal job. Our windows were filthy from street construction. The amount spent was very high but worth every penny for a high quality job. I have had others do a cheaper job but I got what I paid for in terms of quality of job and professionalism of the people on the job. This was a very hard job because windows were old and stuck in hard to get to places. They were on time, on budget and very easy to have a round. I would never use anyone else do to the job.

Brian was very responsive. Ha gave us an estimate which was right on. He and his partner were right on time and were very professional and unobtrusive while in our home. They put everything back in order when they were done and took off their shoes while in the house. The windows look great!

The owner and his cousin turned out to be very nice guys. They submitted a bid within 24 hours of request and turned up to work a week after the bid exactly on time. They do "high end" work -- every window was scraped with a razor blade, washed carefully including runners. The windows look wonderful.

Brian came out the same day I called for an estimate. He worked around my schedule, and was very detailed and professional. We set up the cleaning for about a week later. Brian and another cleaner were on time, and did an excellent job. Every window looks great, they were careful, and they cleaned up well. No sign they were there, except for very clean windows. Excellent service, I will definitely use them again.

Brian came over and gave me an estimate. It was a little higher than I expected, and he was willing to negotiate. He returned a couple weeks later and performed the work. He was on time, efficient, professional and did a fantastic job.

I just couldn't be happier with the results. I plan to use them 2 times a year to clean my windows. Window cleaning was difficult for me because we have old windows. They knew how to deal with the windows and were very efficient in cleaning them.

The screens and the outside window sill were cleaned along with the windows. They were very prompt and thorough. I would use them again.

Very good response to initial call, very friendly and professional. Punctual on scheduled date and spent a lot of time very thoroughly cleaning all the windows. Brian even asked to come inside and clean the inside of one particularly dirty window (at no extra charge). He really prides himself in his work and does an excellent job.

He brought all of his own supplies, plus a drop cloth to keep my place clean. He was here within two hours of my initial call, and did such a great job that I felt compelled to tip him, even though it's his company!

Brian returned our initial call timely and was able to come out to provide an estimate the following day. His price was higher than what we have paid other window cleaners in the past however his level of service was also higher (as it included the screens and sills) and the overall price still seemed reasonable. We scheduled a time for the following week to have the cleaning performed. They arrived promptly and were polite and respectful. The windows look great inside and out and the work was completed professionally. Overall I am glad we hired Signature Window Cleaning and I would hire them again.

Brian and his helper are a great guys. They took their time and did it right. Walked me around after the job and made sure I liked what they did AND offered to come back out if we noticed any problems after they left! They were on time and professional.

Brian was prompt in his estimate and also very fair considering the extreme dirtiness of the windows (we'd moved in recently and it was clear the windows hadn't been cleaned in years!) Also, our windows are original to our 1920's home and have hundreds of small panes. Brian scheduled about a day and a half to do all of the work, and did a very meticulous job and had a great attitude of customer service and flexibility around my schedule and requests. He was more reasonable in cost than 2 other contractors I got estimates from, and probably spent more time since the others thought they would spend only a day.

We've used Signature Widow Cleaning before and would strongly recommend them. I had just had my carpet cleaned, and they were extra careful about working in that area. They use tarps under where they work. They are very efficient and tidy. The windows gleam after they do their work.

Fantastic! My wife thought our windows would never get clean because the glass is 60-70 years old. Brian really shocked us with how clean the windows were. It is really hard to believe how well he did. He is a nice guy - very responsible and careful with his work. We would [will] hire him again. We have had our windows done several times before - but never with results like this.
