+ -1 moreHardwood's technician was able to answer the call in a half hour, spent a lot of time investigating the problem, and went out of his way to run back into town to retrieve a part that would work even though no one makes parts for this particular furnace anymore!
Description of Work: We have an older furnace in our home and Hardwood's awesome technician was able to come to our home, find the current issue, explain in great detail what was wrong, and helped us come up with a plan to replace it in the near future...as well as give us an estimate on the new furnace and how long that service call would take.
