John is the owner of Viking Bros LLC. Within an hour of requesting help, John called to book the appointment and was at our home within 3 hours. This is important as we had tried for a week to 4 local competitors whom not one called us back. The quote was sent same day and we approved it immediately upon arrival. Viking Bros has a limited capacity for customer service. The company prefers to do it 'their way' without regard to customer preference. Very disappointing. And by the way, none of the projects listed above is what I asked to be done. Maybe they did not know how to do the job which would account for the disappointing outcome. One should say when one cannot do the job.

Got a reasonable, speedy quote in late spring. John's crew finished my failed lannon stone wall in two days. Engineered project to last, didn't trample my lawn with heavy machines (as I had requested), and left the site spotless. I need to find more projects for these guys. Excellent!
