Fast, took about 2 days. Brought in a back hoe removed a bunch of dirt where the windows where to go. Busted out old windows and concrete. Installed new windows and framing, new blocks.back filled the window boxes and replanted damaged grass. Overall I was impressed and will use them again.

For the most part it went well at the start. But they cut the slab to soon (to green as they say) and it cracked as they were cutting it, I saw it happen. The worker stopped what he was doing immediately and called the owner Dave. He tried to fill the crack by hand with some type of filler material. When I contacted the owner to ask him what more he could do about it, all he said was..."we didn't do anything wrong, all concrete cracks". Like a typical contractor, he got the money and then doesn't stand behind the work, or repair the error.

At first the owner was pleasant and seemed very knowledgeable.. than the nightmare began. The lines did not match, there horizontal and vertical cracks throughout the wall, they did not fill in gaps around windows or pipes to the outside - letting rodents into the basement. My husband caulked and patched around the openings. A-1 forgot to add a window in the basement wall...after arguing that I did not want a window, under the deck area, A-1 decided to knock out the brick, that was done, and put the window where it originally should have been. A-1 owner was not around much to oversee workers. Workers seem "new" without much experience and were basically on their own. Went through BBB, however, owner did not respond and did not call.

They arrived on time, and finished before they said they would be done! That was a plus. They were all young and good to look at too.

Excellent work, completed the project on time.
