same as above Built house, the estimates were low. Jim Quamme unprofessional, his partner didn't agree with him on many things, but never stood up to him (Jim Banon). Awful. Stuff not completed timely, STILL incomplete insulation, leaking basement since day ONE, never put in sidewalk as contract stated, Better Business Bureau was told by Rockland that customer just not paying bill. Not so, payed everything, saw that that was the resolution with TWO other people on BBB's website. The quality is POOR with floors not level, cracked wood in joints, and countertops coming off wall (pointed this out in walk through) Banon's response was "can you live with it?" EXTREMELY unprofessional! Quamme had temper issues too. DID not put medicine cabinets in bathrooms that were payed for, did not install certain things owners needed to install, and so on, and so on. I haven't even really started!
