Pest Free Pest Control

I was originally eager to use this service as the reviews on Angies list were all quit positive. Unfortunately, MY experience was less than stellar. I called on the weekend and Bob answered, which impressed me. He was pleasant and cordial and said he could come on Tuesday. So I scheduled him and he said he'd call me 30 minutes before he arrived on the day of the appointment. Then, 2 hours later, he called me back and told me he needed my address again as he had lost it. That should have been my tip off that this was not going to go well. Then on the day of the appointment, I waited all day and no call. Then, when I called him, he told me he'd had car trouble and had lost my phone number so he wasn't able to call me to inform me. On Sunday he'd lost my address and now he'd lost my phone number. HMMMMMM! I understand that sometimes 'things happen', So being the nice person that I am, I chalked it up as a run of bad luck on his part and re-scheduled him for the next day. He said he'd arrive 'mid morning' and would call before he got there. By 1:00 PM, he had still not called and my daughter (who was waiting at home all day for him to arrive) contacted me and said she had seen no sign of him and was wondering if he was still coming. Apparently his idea of mid-morning and MY idea of mid-morning are not the same. Needless to say, I finally learned my lesson. I didn't bother to call and see where he was. I just re-scheduled the service with another company. Hopefully that experience will be much better.

Bob is a pleasant and experienced exterminator who is easy to work with and takes pride in his work. He guarentees his work and will return as often as necessary to repeat treatments within the warranty period; in our case 90 days. I would use him again.

The day I phoned for service Pest Free Control was able to visit and correct the problem. We had so many boxelder bugs under the siding that some of the siding was pushed away from the house. He was professional and knowledgeable. We were satisfied with the pest control he provided. We have not experienced further problems. On your Thank You message you write that it appears we have had some problems with this professional. This is not true, I don't know how you got that information from my report. We were very satisfied with Pest Free Control, and have no complaints.

They were prompt, reasonable, and professional.
