Description of Work: On 5/22/17 Tom from Superior Carpet Cleaning came to clean a carpet that had been flooded from heavy rains. Upon arrival he explained the challenges of restoring the rug. He was very upfront and honest a quality that I respect very much. Once the work was complete he cleaned up completely and left us with very little to do. Description of Work: He was very courteous and very prompt. He was here for 7 hours, and did a very good job. I had some cat stains that were cleaned originally with my carpet shampoo er, and I knew it was not all out. When he left, I thought the stains had all come out, but the next day the stains where back, but not from the lack of trying. He went over those spots 4 times. We just ripped out the carpet, and am replacing it with laminate after bleaching the floor. I am very satisfied with his work, and will call him again in the spring to have my car detailed.

 + -1 moreWhen we purchased our new home the once white carpets looked terrible from the open house and estate sale that were held there between the time we made the offer and closed on the house. I was afraid we were going to have to replace all of the carpeting on top of all of the other work the house needed. Luckily, I had Tom from Superior Carpet Cleaning come to see what he could do, and I was amazed. The carpets looked SO much better when he was done and I was no longer wary of letting my one year old crawl around on them because I knew they were really clean. Tom was prompt, professional, respectful, and obviously cared about providing quality service. He was also flexible and accommodating, which I appreciated since we were trying to move into a new home with a baby and a preschooler, which is a recipe for chaos. I will absolutely hire Tom and Superior Carpet Cleaning again and highly recommend their services. They went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.
