Tom was very prompt in responding to my inquiry. And, he was able to accommodate my request to clean my carpets with a quick turnaround. He was extremely thorough and my carpets look good as new.

My experience started a month before the service was needed. I was looking for a carpet/upholstery cleaning company in Wisconsin to do work at my parents' house. After finding Superior Carpet Cleaning I emailed them and I got a response pretty quickly. Tom Vogler (the owner) called to discuss details (carpet cleaning is based on a rate per square feet and I received a quote for the furniture pieces)...family room and hallway carpet along with 8 dining room chairs, couch, loveseat, and reclining chair. The start time was 10 AM and he finished around 5 PM. I wasn't sure how long the project would take and was a bit surprised that it took that long; however, Tom said he is very detailed and takes his time to make sure the job is done right. You will not be disappointed! He moved as many furniture pieces he could to clean the carpet. There were certain pieces that could not be moved due to the size and weight of them, which I was fine with. When the project was done, Tom recommended a dry time of approximately 4 hours, or overnight since he finished at 5 PM. I highly recommend Superior Carpet Cleaning-River Falls, WI. This is sole-operated company and Tom Vogler enjoys what he does. He is highly sought after so I recommend you call well in advance of your desired project date to get on his schedule. Fortunately for me I called early in May for a June 20th date as he was booked solid for May. I was very pleasantly surprised by the final price especially for the length of time he worked on the project. Great overall experience!

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Tom was responsive to my initial phone call and answered my questions well enough that I chose to schedule him to come out and clean our carpets. He arrived on time and explained what he was going to do. I could tell soon after he started that he was very meticulous and did not cut any corners. He was here about 6 hours and did a very thorough job at a reasonable price. I will definitely use Superior Carpet Cleaning in the future.

I am very pleased with the carpet cleaning that Tom Vogler did for us. He was prompt, thorough, and very detail-oriented. I also appreciated the fact that Tom brought drop cloths with him so that he wouldn't drag in any dirt. He was very conscientious and efficient. Our carpets turned out beautifully. I am so pleased with the results that I have already recommended Tom to two different people.

He did a great job! The couch looks great, the price was very fair and I was able to trust him with an extra set of keys while I left for work. The best part, the couch was dry by the time I got home from work and it felt like I had brand new furniture. I was also able to get the couch cleaned on very short notice.

Tom Vogler showed up on time and got straight to work. His attention to detail was impeccable. Our 11-year old carpets looked like new.

He is very concerned about quality and professionalism. He remeasured our rooms, changed the cost of his service, and wrote us a check for the difference. He didn't need anything from us. My husband and I worked downstairs for the duration. We all got our work done.

All carpet areas were cleaned thoroughly. Tom even got stains out that I didn't think were possible (gum and cola). He called me to make an appointment the same day I booked the deal on Angie's List, so I am impressed with his response time. He arrived on time the day of the appointment and took care of everything. Prices very fair compared to other carpet cleaners I have hired in my area.

He was able to schedule my appointment to fit my schedule which changed at the last minute because we were moving out of our house and the movers schedule shifted. We purchased the carpet special to clean seven rooms of carpet and that took care of the whole house.

It was a really good price and he did a really good job. He will be coming back to do the upstairs again. Everybody else wanted extra money to move the furniture and he wouldn't charge me more. He was pleasant and he was a really nice guy.

I was skeptical not having carpets cleaned in a very long time, I had to be certain no harmful chemicals would be used, and there were not. Our carpeting is refreshed and looking nearly new! The job was done by the owner. He arrived on time and asked if I would like an estimate before he started the work. The job took about five hours. I gave him a B rating overall because my wife thought the sofa could have been better. I thought it looked fine. We were both pleased with the carpet and the steps, it looks great. He was a nice man who worked hard and takes pride in the job. I will use this business again, and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Everything went very well. He scheduled according to my needs on relatively short notice. The carpets were thoroughly cleaned in a very timely manner. It was a great experience.

Tom is fantastic! We had him clean the carpets when we moved in last year, so when the workmen trashed the stairs and hallway when we recently remodeled the upstairs bath I knew just who to call. The carpet was full of drywall dust, ground in dirt, and one of the guys had tracked grey mortar or something all the way up the stairs on his boot. Ugh! Tom came while I was gone and when I returned all I could say was "Wow!" I couldn't believe how clean he had gotten the carpets. They're white again! I am so happy and impressed. I can't believe he got all those horrible stains out. Plus Tom is a wonderful guy and really easy to deal with. He is prompt, professional, and respectful of your home. (Which is more than I can say for the guys who messed up the carpets in the first place!) I give Tom and Superior Carpet Cleaning my highest recommendation. You won't be disappointed!

Did really nice work--a very thorough job at a reasonable price, courteous and professional. Will definitely hire them again and would recommend them to friends and neighbors. We happened upon SCC by pure luck--bought a gift certificate they had donated to a local charity then forgot about it. When we found it again a couple years later, they honored it w/o any hassle or questions. Nice to see this kind of approach to business and support of local charities...!
