Great, very professional, done on time, and at quoted amount. I can highly recommend.

I called him in the early morning and got a recorded message. I left a message and called him again the following morning. He got back to me midway thru the second day but by then I had already lined someone up.

cleaned approx 670 sq feet in my house, plus stairs - did a wonderful job! It did take awhile, but its a one-man job and he has to manhandle the equipment up and down my split-level home. I'm certainly not going to do that, which is why I hire the service out! You get what you pay for, folks, so hire carefully!

Perfect. I was planning to replace one of the carpet but after Tom finished, it looks like new. He uses bio-sensitive products, meticulous attention to detail and not in a hurry to get it done. It is done when he can get it as clean as possible. 100% satisfaction and very, very reasonable. Had to lay a very generous tip on him since the job took all day and was beyond my expectations. A generous tip is much, much less than a new carpet....30 to 0ne. I wish I had taken photo with the pre and post cleaning but I didn't. However, I have had many carpet cleanings by the 'big boys' but they don't hold a candle to Superior Carpet Cleaning in River Falls. Lucky me to have found him. This internet is going to catch on one of these days. Hire Tom, you won't regret the product and fair pricing.

We are very pleased with the outcome of our cleaned couches! We have 4 children and 3 pets, and our couches looked like it. The cleaning took years off the appearance of the couches, and the worker spent 2 hours on each couch. He worked really hard, and we couldn't be any happier!

Superior Carpet Cleaning lives up to their name! They cleaned the carpet, upholstered furniture, and several large area rugs. Tom arrived on time, took precautions so his equipment wouldn't damage our wood floors, and went right to work. We have cats and I was impressed with the care he took in vacuuming all the furniture to remove any cat hair. He was here several hours and the final bill was very reasonable for the time and effort. The results exceeded my expectations. I have used another heavily advertised cleaning company in the past but I'll call Superior Carpet Cleaning and Tom Vogler from now on!

Business Owner performed carpet cleaning himself and did a great job. He responded immediately to my initial call, fit me in his schedule quickly, was on time, was courteous, did an excellent and thorough job.
