Description of Work: Tom did an exceptional job! Prompt, and professional. He brought the carpet to a level of clean that I didn't think was possible. On top of all that, Tom said I paid to much for the promo and that he would come back any time to do it again for free! Breath of fresh air to work with someone like Tom these days.
