Description of Work: fixing "exit " lights, adding exterior light. Landlord hired them, therefore paid them. But felt they weren't too motivated for more work. Looking to replace the 8' florescent lights, to the T8. There comment was there was nothing wrong with the lights. Really! 30 some years old, and you don't think we should upgrade?!
