Green Oasis

I have used Green Oasis for around 4 years now for lawn fertilization. My 1st or 2nd year using them they applied an application the day before the 4th of July. They never called to let me know they were coming. I came home from work and saw the notice in my yard that my yard has been fertilized, and we needed to stay off for 24 hours. Well we had a big BBQ party scheduled for the 4th of July. We had to keep everyone off our lawn for the biggest BBQ day of the year. Also, There have been multiple of times where I had to call them to seen when I am going to get my applications. One year we didn't get our 1st of 5 applications until mid June. Again, I had to call them to see when they are coming. More! There technician was onsite one day while my mother was home watching my kid. The technician asked my mother if it would be okay to just do the spray fertilizer. My mother said, that she doesn't live here so I'll need to call my son. The technician told her that your son won't care, so he moved forward with how he wanted to do things. My package is suppose to be a granular application along with a spray weed kill / prevention. Again, I only got the spay. Lastly, they sold me on a 5 application mosquito prevention program. They told me I would get the 5th application for free and 1/2 off the 4th application, so I purchased the package. I only ended up getting 4 applications. I called them, and they said I missed the 1st application since I bought the package after the 1st round was done. I requested some money back then since I was sold on a 5 application program. They said no because I didn't pay for the 5th application anyways as it was free. Never once when they sold me the 5 application program did they say I would not be getting all 5 applications. Nor did they say I already missed the 1st application so you would not be getting all 5. I called and left two voice mails to further discuss this with them but never received a call back from them. I will never use this company for any of there services ever again. I suggest you all be sure you know what your getting before you pay them any money.

I had the landscaping on our front yard and the side of our house done after having our driveway and walkway replaced. Jen Hundt was an excellent Landscape Designer. She was very patient, detail orientated and listened to and met our needs. She was always very accommodating and very punctual. The landscape team did a good job, overall. The job took a little longer to complete than anticipated or at least from what we were initially told, but they eventually got it done and they still carefully and respectfully worked around our new driveway and walkway. Besides some very minor clean up and small touch ups at the very end, everything turned out well.
