+ -1 moreI think this was the best-ever experience with my computer issues. I called Digital Brigade: 612-242-0157 (I worked with Rueben). I heard about them from a friend and they had helped me with two previous issues. Now, they're even BETTER! with a completely mobile workforce who come to you and fix things. Seriously. No strings attached. My hard drive crashed last night, they came to my work today (where I brought my computer thinking I'd have to bring it to them) and voila! all fixed. Rate is $125/hr ... nothing added on/changes about (typically, you get charged 'extra' for them looking at software/hardware/internet issues). And prices for the hardware repairs totally fab. He explained things to me in non-techie terms, explained the pricing of services and hardware, gave me options, and overall was so helpful. Not that I want more issues ... but if I have them, it is so good to know there is a great co. out there to help!
Description of Work: My MacBook suddenly started making 'crackly' noises, then went all grey. Sad! Thought maybe it was the battery, but the signal on the back of the Mac was strong. So I called them and found out it was probably the hard drive. Immediately I thought it'd be in the $500 range ... but it wasn't! They came out to me and fixed it right there. No hassles. I checked 'good' on the price rather than 'excellent' as well, tech repair simply is expensive. Their rates were good ... more than I'll ever make in an hour! ... but good nonetheless.
