Description of Work: These guys are the only ones I have every seen take the complete furnace apart and clean the inside! Totally... They did the same with the A/C unit last spring and I was amazed how they took that unit all apart also sprayed it down with a cleaner! Excellent service that I have seen in all companies I have ever had.. Yes I would recommend them !

 + -1 moreFirst time with this service. Same day service, within 3-4 hours of call for help, when heating system failed. Thank you--payment due at time of service. Boiler fixed, but we needed a new boiler; installed 7 days later. Same concern as previous listing = price billed almost $300 more than estimate (taxes). All local businesses that we've dealt with these past 22 years in Ripon (building contactors; other plumbing/heating providers; air conditioning; flooring and carpet; water heaters; boiler repair)--except Brewer--include tax/other costs in estimate. Buyer beware. Make sure that all costs are specified, including taxes. Ask for as complete an estimate as possible.
Description of Work: First service: repair boiler in January in Wisconsin so house had heat once again. Due to a leak of carbon monoxide, owner appeared later that same day to advise about purchase of new boiler: choice of two: $4500 or $6500 approx. The latter choice is best for home owner expecting to stay at same address for a long period of time in terms of savings in heating costs; we chose the former. Second service: seven days later new boiler installed--took more than 1/2 day. New boiler seems to heat the house much more slowly than 44-year-old previous boiler; we're unsure therefore as to its efficiency.

 + -1 moreOverall, it was more than I was expecting to spend. Furnace guy sent was professional.
Description of Work: Woke up and furnace was out. It was a Saturday so I knew it was going to be expensive. Called this company and they were here in an hour. Guy spent about two hours working on my furnace. End result was I needed a new furnace and had to pay $800 for the services already provided. Fixed my furnace to get me through the weekend but I have to shut it off and hit a reset button any time I want heat. Gave me an estimate of about $4250 for a new furnace but said if I but from them, they will credit me the $800. Seems kind of high. Other estimates have been around $2500.
